Here’s how your details are used when you ask ScoreUp to contact you.

What the callback form collects

The form collects your full name, mobile number, optional email address and confirmation that you agree to be contacted about your enquiry. Please use it for contact details only; do not include account numbers, identity documents or financial records.

How your request reaches ScoreUp

When you submit, your details are sent to FormSubmit, our form delivery provider, and forwarded in an email to ScoreUp at moutloaliz@gmail.com. ScoreUp uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your request.

FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Its submission process may include a Google reCAPTCHA spam check. Read FormSubmit’s documentation (opens in a new tab) for information about its processing and submission archive.

Website storage and hosting

This website does not save form entries in browser storage or a separate website database. Copies of submitted enquiries are handled by FormSubmit and ScoreUp’s email service. The website hosting provider may process information needed to provide access to the website.

WhatsApp contact

The WhatsApp link opens a chat with ScoreUp. The website does not send a message for you. If you choose to send one, you share it with ScoreUp through WhatsApp, which handles it under its own policies.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not add analytics or advertising trackers. FormSubmit and its spam-check services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you complete a submission.
